Floatation Separator WorkingPrinciple:

     Theimpeller rotates by triangle belt of the motor, which producescentrifugal function and causes negative pressure.0n one hand itdraws in enough air mixed with ore magma; on the other hand itagitates to mix ore magma with chemical medicines. At the sametime, it minifies bubbles so that minerals can stick above them.float on the surface of magma, and form mineralized bubbles. Theheight of plate can be adjusted to control fluid level so that theavailable bubbles can be scrapped out by scrapers.

Flotation SeparatorApplication:

     Flotation separator isapplicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrousmetals, such as fluorite and talc. The impeller is driven byV-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form negativepressure. While extracting sufficient air to mix with ore pulp, themachine stirs ore pulp and mixes it with chemicals to formmineralized froth. By adjusting the height of the flash board tocontrol the liquid level, the useful froth can be scraped from theloam board. The height of the strobe must be adjusted carefully tokeep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the mineralizedfroth to the launder. The impellers and stators should be kept at adistance and should be changed when worn. The bearing in the pumpshould be maintained every three months.
